Terms & Conditions

By accepting a quote from Platinum Heating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Scheduling of Work

All work will be scheduled only after formal acceptance of a quote. Acceptance can be provided verbally, in writing, or via digital confirmation.

2.⁠ ⁠Scope of Work

Only the work explicitly agreed upon in the quote will be carried out. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope must be subject to a separate quote and agreement.

3.⁠ ⁠Deposits

A deposit of up to 25% of the total quoted amount may be required prior to the commencement of any work, depending on the nature and scope of the project. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the agreed work unless otherwise stated in writing by Platinum Heating.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

All deposits become non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled start date of the work. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to our discretion.
